Sometimes, Outlook Add-in can fail to load, it might display nothing or wrongly display the interface.
Clear cache of the browser and Outlook because the cache contains out-of-date scripts, css, image files.
Clear the following cache data on the default browser:
To delete Outlook cache:
- Outlook for Windows: delete content of the folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Wef
- Outlook for MAC: delete content of 2 folders:
