After filling in necessary information and clicking [Upload] button to upload license for the RC system, it seems that the license does not work. And in the email sent to user after booking a reservation, there is still a warning text telling that the license is invalid:
To deal with this issue, user has to manually assign permission to MachineKeys Directory.

There are 2 situations when granting the permission:
- Resource Central is installed within a domain
AppPool run under Network Service account.
Go to MachineKeys Directory, set Write permission for Network Service account.
- Resource Central is installed without a domain (hosted RC)
Applies to: The error appears in all versions (but not for every customer)
