The following will provide a short introduction to some of the new functionalities in Insights of Resource Central v188.8.131.52. More information can be found in the different user guides for Insights.
Add Meeting label filter
In this version, a new filter called Meeting label is added to ‘Reservations orders and visitors’ page, ‘Last years reservations’ page and ‘Utilization’ page.
You can choose multiple items to filter in this section. The charts will immediately display information based on the selection in the filter.
Show latest data of item names and prices
The item names and prices are editable in Resource Central. As a result, capturing the most recent data of those values is important. Therefore, Ordered items charts in both ‘Reservations orders and visitors’ page and ‘Last years reservations’ page are updated and the result shown on the chart is the latest data submitted.
Add other visit/visitor information
Apart from existing data from the previous version, Visitors charts in both ‘Reservations orders and visitors’ page and ‘Last years reservations’ page are updated with 2 new columns Zone and Escorted.
Add Organizer type filter
In this version, a new filter called Organizer type is added to ‘Reservations’ page.
The Organizer type filter includes 2 default values (External and Internal). You can find external or/and internal organizers with this new addition. The charts will immediately display information based on the selection in the filter section.
