Product support Lifecycle
Product support Lifecycle policy for DS Service is available here

* Extended Support
Add-On Products offers Extended Support for customers who use our software together with certain Microsoft products that are out of Mainstream Support.

Extended Support allows you to continue receiving support for your Add-On Products software while still using older Microsoft platform versions.

When Add-On Products releases a new version, we update the system requirements so that they only include Microsoft platform versions that are in Microsoft Mainstream Support. For details, see the Microsoft Lifecycle Policy.

If you are using a Microsoft platform that is no longer in Mainstream Support, you may still be eligible for Add-On Products support by purchasing Extended Support for the relevant Add-On Products solution.

Extended Support is available as long as Microsoft provides Extended Support for the underlying platform. For each platform, please refer to the Extended End Date listed in the Microsoft Lifecycle Policy.
