The My Reservation view, lists day by day the appointments where you, as the organizer, have invited a resource (meeting room, desk, parking spot, or other resources). The list below describes the different symbols; not sure all symbols will be visible in your system as it depends on the setup.
| Apply to reservations that were never confirmed and have now ended due to missing confirmation. |

| Apply to reservations shown as tentative, not yet accepted/verified on the Exchange Server. |

| Apply to reservations that are starting shortly and have been confirmed. |

| Apply to reservations starting shortly that have not yet been confirmed. |

| Apply to reservations in progress that have not yet been confirmed. |
|
| Apply to reservations that have been confirmed and are in progress. |
|
| Apply to future reservations that need to be confirmed. |
|
| Apply to reservations in the future. |
