Different font sizes in Resource Central backend print outputs

Symptom

You can see the different font sizes in Resource Central Backend print outputs with the following examples:

• Navigate to Daily Tasks → Orders: Open an order and print it → The output font size is small
• Navigate to Daily Tasks → Orders: Check an order and click [Print] button → The output font size is larger
• Navigate to Daily Tasks → Messages: Select a message and click [Print] button → The output font size is larger

Cause

This issue occurs because of settings in the Internet Explorer browser.

Resolution

Open Tool menu on the browser, select Print → Page setup…

After ‘Page Setup’ window is opened, uncheck the “Enable Shrink-to-Fit” option as shown below:
