Problem Description
After upgrading to version 4.3.0003.0003 or later, some users are experiencing login issues when using OpenID for SSO.
Solution Steps
1. Review the SSO Configuration
- Login to Resource Central using form-based authentication, if this is disabled, please contact our support.
- Check whether your SSO configuration (System > Authentication) is based on OpenID.
2. Modify the SSO Configuration
- Update your SSO configuration to include the necessary claims.
- Ensure that the SSO configuration aligns with the latest requirements. As mentioned in the following guide: External Authentication Details for OpenID Connect in Azure
- Test the modified configuration thoroughly.
3. Verify SSO Functionality
- Test the SSO login process using a test account.
- Confirm that users can now log in seamlessly using SSO.
Conclusion
By following these steps, you can ensure that your users regain SSO functionality after upgrading to the specified version. Failure to address this issue may result in users being unable to log in using SSO, limiting their access to form-based authentication only.
