We sincerely apologize for the outage that affected our SaaS solution on Friday, January 20.

The disruption was caused by an infrastructure issue within Microsoft Azure. We worked closely with Microsoft during the incident and continue to collaborate with them to reduce the risk of recurrence.

Several technical changes have already been implemented to prevent this specific failure scenario from occurring again.
