The following will provide a short introduction to some of the new functionalities in the OfficePlace Sensor solution. More information can be found in the different user guides for OfficePlace Sensor.
Automated functionalities for workspace and office management
The OfficePlace Sensor Solution is integrated with Microsoft 365, enabling automated functionality for workspace, i.e.: automatically create an instant meeting, book a desk when sitting down, end/extend the meeting, and manage the facility.
Multiple integrated Sensor types and scalability
In this version, OfficePlace Sensor has integrated successfully with 4 Sensor types, i.e.: Linak, Yanzi, Kontakt.io, and Disruptive-Technologies. All the data from these Sensor solutions will be gathered into OfficePlace Sensor. Besides the 4 types mentioned above, any Sensor type that customers use can be integrated into the OfficePlace Sensor system.
Sensor Insights report
The Insights for OfficePlace Sensor offers real-time reporting based on live data gathered from Sensor solutions. It helps optimize office space use by tracking resource utilization and identifying usage patterns, resulting in reducing costs and enhancing resource productivity.
Insights for Sensor report is built with Microsoft Power BI and can be downloaded from Microsoft AppSource.
